Our history

Here are the key milestones on our way - from starting the business to a shop in eight languages.

  1. 2007

    Business launched

The business you know today as SWEPCORE was launched on 1 October 2007. It is the same business that runs the swepcore.com shop.

  2. 2011

    First successes in Poland

Four years after the start, our first successes on the Polish market followed. Poland is our home country: this is where we have our head office, warehouse and service centre.

  3. 2019

    First successes abroad

In 2019 our first international successes came - in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, our southern neighbours. Today the swepcore.com shop also has Czech and Slovak versions.

  4. Today

    8 delivery countries

Today we ship machines to 8 countries: Poland, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the United Kingdom. The swepcore.com shop speaks eight languages - Polish, English, German, French, Italian, Swedish, Czech and Slovak - and its range includes 45 new machines under the SWEPCORE brand.

Where we operate

We ship machines to 8 countries: Poland, Germany, France, Italy, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the United Kingdom, and our head office is in Grzędzice near Szczecin, in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

What we sell

Our shop offers 45 new SWEPCORE cleaning machines in four groups. Each has a product page with photos, a description, specifications, what is included and the price.

  • 16 models

    Walk-behind scrubber dryers

The operator walks behind the machine. Working width from 345 to 785 mm, theoretical productivity from 1240 to 3140 m²/h, clean water tanks from 10 to 75 l. The group includes battery-powered models, mains-powered 230 V models with no run-time limit, 2 single-disc machines (Roto 200 and Roto 200 L) and 1 cylindrical brush machine (SWEPCORE 340).

    All walk-behind scrubber dryers (16)

  • 7 models

    Ride-on scrubber dryers

The operator sits while the machine washes and immediately picks up the dirty water. Working width from 508 to 1000 mm, theoretical productivity from 2032 to 7000 m²/h, clean water tanks from 70 to 235 l, driving speed up to 9 km/h.

    All ride-on scrubber dryers (7)

  • 17 models

    Professional vacuum cleaners

Containers from 10 to 114 l. Of these, 9 work wet and dry, 4 pick up dry dirt only, 2 clean carpets and upholstery, and 2 are specialist models: the Panda for bakeries and the 3 Flow, which cleans its filters during operation. The quietest, the Leo, runs at 62 dB according to its product page.

    All professional vacuum cleaners (17)

  • 5 models

    Sweepers

The manual U90 without motor or battery (sweeping width 920 mm, 55 l hopper), the battery-powered S2PRO Mist with dust-reducing water spray (45 l hopper, 3-4 h of operation), the battery-powered SR45/60W with a seat (cleaning width 1000 mm, 60 l hopper, 2.5-3 h of operation), and two combustion-engine models: the walk-behind Brava 800 HT (780 mm path) and the ride-on Atom H Plus with a seat (95 l hopper).

    All sweepers (5)

We give productivity as a theoretical figure - working width multiplied by speed; in practice the machine cleans less.

How we put our range together

  • New machines only

Our shop sells new machines only. The SWEPCORE warranty covers the machine together with the equipment described on the product page.

  • One brand, one guarantor

We sell all our machines under the SWEPCORE brand. We are the guarantor, so you do not have to work out who is responsible for which model - you raise every matter in one place.

  • From the smallest to the largest

Every group has models for different floor areas: from a compact scrubber dryer with a 345 mm path and a theoretical productivity of 1240 m²/h to a ride-on scrubber dryer with a 1000 mm path and 7000 m²/h, and from a vacuum cleaner with a 10-litre container to a 114 l industrial vacuum cleaner.

  • Choice of power source

A battery when a cable gets in the way; a 230 V cable when the machine has to run with no time limit; a combustion engine in sweepers for outdoor work. The manual U90 sweeper needs none of them.

  • Prices and specs up front

Every machine has a price in our shop and can be ordered through the basket - including the most expensive models, without asking for a quote. We give specifications as stated on the product pages, and productivity always as a theoretical figure.

What to look for when choosing a machine

Eight questions worth asking before you buy. The figures come from the product pages.

  1. How big is the area and how much time do you have?

Divide the floor area by the theoretical productivity. The compact M30 (1350 m²/h) theoretically cleans a 300 m² office in about 13 minutes, and the Diamond 100p AC ride-on scrubber dryer (7000 m²/h) a 5000 m² hall in about 43 minutes. In practice cleaning takes longer, so allow some margin.

  2. What kind of floor?

Hard floors are cleaned with scrubber dryers. For restoration there are single-disc machines: the Roto 200 strips old coatings, polishes and crystallises stone, and the Roto 200 L grinds concrete and terrazzo and sands parquet. Carpets and rugs are vacuumed by vacuum cleaners and washed by the Lava and Storm extractors. The SWEPCORE 340 cylindrical brush scrubber dryer cleans both hard floors and carpets.

  3. Battery or cable?

The mains-powered Baby 35 E and Ruby 48E run with no time limit, but trail a cable behind them. Battery models are cable-free and run until the battery is flat: according to the product pages, from 60-75 minutes (Baby 35) to 2.5-3 h (the walk-behind XMD 50 and the ride-on K70 Double Brush). The Baby 35 Plus Li has a lithium-ion battery for 2-2.5 h and runs on mains power when there is a socket nearby.

  4. How big should the tanks be?

A larger tank means topping up and emptying less often. Walk-behind scrubber dryers hold from 10 l (compact M30) to 75 l of clean water (Opal 80), and ride-on scrubber dryers from 70 to 235 l (Diamond 100p AC).

  5. How wide are the aisles?

The narrowest cleaning path belongs to the Baby 35, Baby 35 Plus Li and Baby 35 E (345 mm), and among ride-on scrubber dryers to the Coral 50 (508 mm). The product pages do not yet give the machines' full dimensions - if you have narrow doors or aisles, ask our office before you order.

  6. Are there any ramps?

Maximum gradient according to the product pages: compact walk-behind scrubber dryers such as the Baby 35 and Ruby 48E - 2%, M30 - 8%, Jade 66, Opal 80 and the ride-on Coral, Sapphire 85 and Diamond 100p AC - 10%, and XMD 50 and K70 Double Brush - 25%.

  7. Will you clean while people are around?

Check the noise level. According to the product pages: the Leo vacuum cleaner - 62 dB, the Play Yes Mini vacuum cleaner - 63 dB, the Baby 35 and Baby 35 Plus Li scrubber dryers - 66.8 dB each. The ride-on Coral 65M II has a silent mode: 63 dB instead of 67 dB.

  8. What is included?

What is included - batteries, charger, brushes - is stated on the product page of every machine. For example, the M30 comes with a 24 V / 32 Ah battery, a built-in charger and a brush included in the price. For battery-powered machines, check this field before you order.

Clinics, hospitals and surgeries. The quietest vacuum cleaner in our range, the Leo, runs at 62 dB according to its product page, and the mains-powered Ruby 48E scrubber dryer, which its product description recommends for healthcare facilities, runs with no time limit.

  5. We ship the machine

Once the transfer has been credited or the online payment confirmed, we ship it from our warehouse. We agree the pallet delivery date with you in advance, so we need an up-to-date phone number in the order.

  6. Receive and check

It is worth inspecting the shipment on delivery. If it is damaged, write up a damage report with the carrier, take photos and let us know.

Warranty and service

  • Repair time We remove the defect within 14 days of the machine being delivered or collected - or, for an on-site repair, of your report. The warranty is extended by the repair time.

  • What is not covered Natural wear of brushes, pads, squeegee blades and filters.

  • Where it applies The warranty is valid in Poland.

  • Independently of the warranty For private individuals and sole traders buying for non-professional purposes, we are liable for 2 years for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract.

Delivery and collection of waste equipment

We ship machines from our own warehouse. Smaller ones go by courier, most on a pallet.

  • We agree the pallet delivery date with you in advance (delivery notice), so we need an up-to-date phone number in the order.

  • You can see the estimated delivery time in the basket before you place your order.

  • When we deliver a new machine, we take away used equipment of the same type free of charge - including other brands - up to the number of units bought (1:1 rule): an old scrubber dryer for a new scrubber dryer, an old vacuum cleaner for a new vacuum cleaner.

  • Request the collection before delivery - in the order comments or by email. State the type of equipment, the number of units and the approximate weight. You do not pay for the collection or transport.
