Cleaning contractors

Cleaning machines for cleaning contractors

Equipment that travels with the team from job to job.

Bright office building lobby with lifts on both sides and a grey floor of large tiles

A cleaning company works at its clients' premises, so equipment is constantly loaded into the van, carried up stairs and plugged in at someone else's building. On top of that come jobs beyond everyday cleaning: carpet cleaning, stripping old coatings, polishing stone.

A professional carpet extractor for rugs, carpets and upholstery is the Lava (6.2 l solution tank) or the Storm (25 l of solution, about 10% moisture left in the fabric after cleaning). Floor restoration is done with 230 V single-disc machines: the Roto 200 (22 kg) strips coatings, polishes and crystallises stone, and the Roto 200 L grinds concrete and terrazzo and sands parquet. For day-to-day jobs there are the Baby 35 Plus Li, which runs on its battery or from the mains, and the Dakota 303 E vacuum cleaner, which its product description recommends for carrying between jobs.
