Industry and logistics
Production halls, warehouses and the yards around them.

In halls and warehouses you clean large, even floors with forklifts and pallet trucks running over them all day. Dust, sand from wheels and production residue build up on them, and ramps and inclines add gradients that not every machine can handle.
Production halls and warehouses are best suited to ride-on scrubber dryers: from the Coral 50 (508 mm path, 2032 m²/h) to the Diamond 100p AC (1000 mm, 7000 m²/h theoretical productivity, 235 l and 250 l tanks). The K70 Double Brush ride-on and the walk-behind XMD 50 can climb ramps of up to 25%. Dust and waste are picked up by industrial vacuum cleaners: the Nevada 640 Cyclon dry only, while the Dakota models and the Nevada 633 W also handle wet dirt, on tipping trolleys with 72-114 l containers. Yards and internal roads are cleaned by sweepers: the combustion-engine Atom H Plus and Brava 800 HT, the battery-powered S2PRO Mist with water spray, the battery-powered SR45/60W with a seat and the manual U90.

Floor area and time. Divide the area by the theoretical productivity: in theory the Diamond 100p AC (7000 m²/h) cleans a 5000 m² hall in about 43 minutes, the Sapphire 85 (5200 m²/h) in about 58 minutes and the Coral 65M II (3500 m²/h) in about 1 h 26 min. In practice cleaning takes longer than the calculation suggests.
Where theoretical productivity comes from. It is the working width multiplied by the speed. A wider path and faster travel shorten cleaning time.
Batteries included or separate. The K70 Double Brush and XMD 50 are sold with batteries and a charger and run for 2.5-3 h each.
Ramps and inclines. Maximum gradient according to the product pages: K70 Double Brush and XMD 50 - 25%, Coral, Sapphire 85, Diamond 100p AC, Opal 80 and Jade 66 - 10%.
Vacuum cleaners for halls. The Nevada 640 Cyclon works dry only (dust, sand). The Dakota 423 W, Dakota 433 W, Dakota Compact 433 and Nevada 633 W also pick up wet dirt and are mounted on tipping trolleys (72-114 l). Dust from power tools is collected by the SWEPCORE 3 Flow.
A sweeper instead of a scrubber dryer. A sweeper collects sand and waste into a hopper, a scrubber dryer washes. The product descriptions recommend the combustion-engine Atom H Plus and Brava 800 HT for car parks and petrol stations, the battery-powered S2PRO Mist has dust-suppressing water spray, the battery-powered SR45/60W with a seat sweeps a 1000 mm path, and the manual U90 needs no charging or fuel.
Theoretically, from about 1 h 26 min (Diamond 100p AC, 7000 m²/h) through about 1 h 55 min (Sapphire 85, 5200 m²/h) and about 2 h 51 min (Coral 85 and Coral 65M II, 3500 m²/h) to about 4 h 55 min (Coral 50, 2032 m²/h). This is the area divided by the theoretical productivity from the product page - the actual time is longer.
It depends on the maximum gradient on the product page. The steepest gradient, 25%, is handled by the K70 Double Brush ride-on scrubber dryer and the XMD 50 walk-behind model. The Coral, Sapphire 85 and Diamond 100p AC ride-on scrubber dryers and the Opal 80 and Jade 66 walk-behind models manage 10%, and compact walk-behind scrubber dryers most often 2%.
For dust, sand and fine loose debris - the Nevada 640 Cyclon, which works dry only and has a cyclone separator and a 78 l container. If there is also wet dirt - the models on tipping trolleys: Dakota 423 W and Dakota 433 W (72 l) or Dakota Compact 433 (114 l). Dust from power tools is collected by the SWEPCORE 3 Flow, which cleans its filters during operation.
