SWEPCORE warranty - 12 months
The warranty lasts 12 months from the day the machine is handed over and applies to every buyer - private individuals and businesses. Repair or replacement under the warranty is free of charge: the guarantor bears the cost of parts, labour and transport. The warranty is valid in Poland.
Returns within 14 days (withdrawal from the contract)
Private individuals and sole traders buying for non-professional purposes can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the machine, without giving a reason. All you need to do is send a statement by email or letter within that time.
The cost of sending the machine back is borne by the buyer - for a machine on a pallet we estimate it at a maximum of about PLN 2,100 including VAT. We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the statement; we may withhold the refund until we receive the machine or proof that it has been sent back. A business buying for professional purposes does not have the statutory right of withdrawal.
